  1. Do you know these international brands? These companies are internet “search engines”. A business can’t survive without being ranked high on them! • We assist SME’s to expand and become more profitable by being found on the search engines • We supply SME’s with the tool to improve their website from being a static brochure to becoming a full ecommerce business tool • We have a countrywide team of people ready to assist • At a price no-one thought was possible • Using South Africa’s largest homegrown content management system

  2. What is the Kwikweb System? • Kwikweb is a web based program that creates websites • “Ease of use” is the cornerstone of the system. Anybody that has worked on a computer for more than 2 months will be able to create a website in a few easy steps (failing which we have a team of designers to help you). • The price is extremely competitive at only R3,500. Similar products cost in excess of R10,000. • It has many features included that impress the socks off anybody that sees them, even IT professionals. • We want the Consultants to make money because if they are successful, we are successful. The revenue share is totally in favour of the Consultants so that they are motivated and equipped to make money.

  3. What makes the KwikwebBUSINESS opportunity so special? Who does not want his own unique web address? • An extremely saleable product     • With a massive market     • An innovative and unique delivery method     • A comprehensive management system     • Generating a recurring and passive income • Supported by network of trained people throughout SA • Low overheads     • Continued innovation • Great incentives programs • Backed by an established South African company

  4. How does a Consultant make money? • The Consultant sets up websites for clients, either by visiting the clients’ premises, via email or telephonically. The Consultant earns R3,500 per website sold and built. The client pays the Consultant directly and all the money belongs to the consultant; we take no cut. • Consultants appoints and trains sub-consultants and receive 100% of their R2,500 joining fee + R100 per month from their monthly fees. • The Consultant also earns between 50% of the clients monthly fees. See Table 1 on page 6 for details. • The Consultant can also participate in the incentive schemes, for example we give a R10,000 bonus/advance for every 15 websites sold. • FINEPRINT: • A Consultant may charge more than the standard R3,500 for additional services such as photography, graphic designing, scriptwriting, extra travelling or maintenance. • The R10,000 bonus is partially repaid by the consultant by forfeiting the 1st 6 months’ monthly commission mentioned in point 3. We want YOU to make money!

  5. How much money can I make? • Let’s say you decide to charge an average set-up fee of R1,000 per site (e.g. you give discounts in order to chase the cash incentives). • And you set up a website every second day, i.e. 15 for the month. • You will make R25,000 cash in the first month: • R15,000 from setup fees (15 sites at R1,000 each) • R10,000 from the incentive schemes (we give you R10,000 for every 15 sold) • And you will also build up a recurring income. After 6 months you will have 90 clients and you will earn R75pm from each of them, that is R6,750pm that you will get while sitting on the beach. *In addition to this, you can also earn maintenance monies. I am not promising you instant wealth, but I can promise you an opportunity that will enable you to make a good living with a fun product as well as the chance to build a decent recurring revenue!

  7. Why is the KwikwEB system so popular? • Market totally under serviced • Between 50%-60% of all businesses don’t have a website or have an outdated one. • 90% of businesses need to upgrade their websites to become “responsive” (automatically resizes) • People now want an easy tool (and personal help) to make regular changes on their websites • People want to transact with customers via their websites • Everyone needs their sites to be optimized for Google The market is huge! In Gauteng there are 17,000 new businesses registered every month! • Social Media – social media is all around us and it is imperative a business have their own central unique website address so that people can find you amongst all the noise. • Where does one start if you want a website? – The industry is intimidating and traditional developers charge professional rates and support is often lackluster. We are pro-active, we go to the people and we talk their language!

  8. Why is the KwikwEB system so popular? • Real tangiblebenefits – they WILL be found on Google and the system includes various practical ecommerce tools such as an online shop, electronic downloads and catalogs. • Added features - (SMS systems, document downloading, form builder, videos, specials, newsletters, bulk mailing, fax to email, Quick Response Code generator etc) • Cell phone compatibility – mobile searches now account for more than 50% of all searches. Every business MUST have a mobi website (aka as “responsive” website). • Quick & Easy – the Kwikwap system is fast and easy to operate. The system even impresses seasoned IT professionals! • Pricing – our price puts us in reach of everybody and it is way cheaper than anybody else in the business (and Kwikwap has MANY more features than any other system)!

  9. What do you need to start? • Internet access, preferably with a connection such as 3G or ADSL • Or you can start by working on the clients’ computers or at an internet café. • Marketing material such as pamphlets, business cards, posters, folders, banners & car stickers is available for download from the Consultants website. • You get access to the Consultants portal that contains all the manuals (technical training, search engine tips, marketing manuals etc). • You pay a R2,500 joining / training fee upfront and R150+VAT per month for access and you can stop at any time. R100pm of this goes to the Consultants that trained you; this ensures that you always have a dedicated person who you can call if you need help. • Next Step: Fill in the attached agreement and we will get someone in your area to train you. Email it to info@kwikweb.co.za or fax to 086 508 4303 You can start making money after a few hours of training!

  15. CAR Incentive Scheme rules The current incentive scheme: If a Consultants signs up 150 new clients in a rolling 12 month period, we will give the Consultant a brand new car to the value of R100,000 (that's 3 new clients per week). We may decide to brand the vehicle with Kwikweb graphics at our cost We will insure the vehicle and recover the premium from the Consultant The 150 clients must to be on Level 3 or 4 (or see point 4 below) Clients on Level 1 and 2 can also count as follows: 4xLevel1 counts as one and 2xLevel2 counts as one New sub Consultants that you sign up also count for the 150 clients This scheme cannot be combined with any other incentive scheme or promotion (you can't get the car & TV's & trips etc on top of the car) If one of the 150 clients cancels the Consultant is obliged to get a new client in its place Clients whose debit orders don't regularly go through or who don't pay their invoices regularly within 30 days will not count towards the 150. The Consultant must still be eligible for commission as per the standard terms and conditions of the Consultancy agreement (e.g. one new client per month and "willing and able" to support clients) If any of the terms and conditions of this scheme is not adhered to the car must be returned to Kwikwap Kwikwap reserves the right to amend this fineprint but Kwikwap undertakes not to change the essence/spirit of the incentive scheme (e.g. change it to 200 clients or so). Only the finer details may be changed.

  16. Google and Webmasters, a very interesting read: From Search Engine Optimization for Dummies, 2nd edition, by Peter Kent (p 340) Myth: Web designers and Developers understand Search Engines I am a geek. I’ve worked in software development for over 20 years; I still work closely with software developers (these days mostly Web-software developers); I build web sites for my clients (so I work with developers and designers on these sites); my friends are developers and designers … and I am telling you now that most developers and designers do NOT understand the search engines to any great degree. Most web-development companies these days tell their clients that they know how to handle the search engines, and even that they are experts. In most cases, that is simply not true, any more that it’s true that I am an expert in neurosurgery. This makes it very hard for business owners when they hire a web-development team, of course, though perhaps this book will help. It will give you an idea of the sorts of questions you should ask your developers to figure out if they really do understand search engine requirements.

  17. Building a Kwikwap business = building your Net Worth I was reading a document from a business broker. This document shows the return that an investor gets for his money when he buys a business. I noted that a Spur will give you a 35% return; if you turn this sum around, it mean a Spur is sold at a P/E ratio of 2,8. That means you will get your investment back after 2,8 years – you will have to work night and day as well …. Which brings me to my next point: a "recurring revenue stream" on a "passive basis" is also a saleable commodity (notably a BUSINESS). In other words your Kwikwap Consultancy is a "business". However, because it's income is passive (i.e. you don't have to work to continue getting it), the P/E ratio is better than the case of the Spur, let us say 3,5 years. This means that say your Kwikwap business earns R120,000 per annum in passive income, your Kwikwap business will be worth R420,000 (R120,000x3,5). So, how do you earn R120,000 p.a. passively from Kwikwap? Let us say that you build 1 site every day, then after a month your recurring revenue is R990 pm and growing with that same amount every month. To earn R120,000 per annum, you need to earn R10,000 per month. That means after 12 months you will reach this point (12 x R990 ≈ R12,000) where your business is worth R420,000! Even if you only achieve a ¼ of this it is still great.

  18. Building a Kwikwap business = building your Net Worth • That means your business will be worth R420,000 after only 12 months if you sign up one new client per weekday. • Add to all these calculations your once-off set-up fees and you can easily earn the equivalent of an annual salary of R760,000. See here: • Growth in the value of your business after 12 months   R420,000 • Set-up fees (20 days pm x12mnths xR1,000 per site) R240,000 • Recurring revenue after a year and a half                     R100,000 • Total annual income                                                          R760,000

  19. Building a Kwikwap business = building your Net Worth • Another way of looking at the growth in the value of your business is as follows: • If you now were to earn R10,000 per month more, what can you do with it? You can then afford to go and make a loan at the bank of say R760,000 (which is paid off with the extra R10,000pm) and make alterations to you house with that money. So your house has become worth more, OK you do have debt against it but the debt is getting less every month. Your extra monthly income now pays off the debt and your house grows in value. Very soon that extra R10,000 per month will have generated a substantial asset for you.  This principle explains how a regular monthly income can generate a lot of wealth! • And another way: I recently offered a Kwikwap Consultant R75,000 for his revenue stream of R4,000pm and he just laughed at me! He said if I double my offer he might consider it! Prepared by Eduard Marais CA(SA)
