Scheduling Scheduling an Event • Most Events are Preloaded onto Printable Calendar & Google • If your event is not pick a date and check for conflicts with major religious holidays • Get approval from PTA co-Presidents (who will also run it by Dr Reich ) • Have the office staff write the approved date on the large calendar in the school office and notify the PTA Secretary so it can be posted on any applicable bulletin boards. • Using the Google calendar login information, add your event to the website calendar email:  WTjacksonelementaryschool.wtj@gmail.com password:  WTJackson3100 Reserving the PTA Conference Room Contact Mikki Hawkins to reserve the PTA conference room mikkitom@gmail.com Help with Set Up Email Mr Williams with details of the setup requirements cpwilliams@atlanta.k12.ga.us

Electronic Communications • Website • Postings( including electronic flyers) must be pre-approved by PTA Co-presidents & sent to Emily Carlson to upload emilypcarlson@yahoo.com • Pause • Issued bi-weekly by AniaMc Breen please email entries by 2.30pm Monday to aniamcbreen@comcast.net • Room Parent Email • Issued bi- weekly please send entries to Denise Kopcha & cc PTA co-presidents dkopcha@bellsouth.net

  4. PrintEd Communications Flyers • Pre-approve these with Dr. Reich via Co Presidents . Email a soft copy to co-presidents by 8pm Sunday for approval on Mondays • arosemadden@aol.com & clodagh@swennumson.com Photocopying • B&W Photocopiers are in the Primary & Main PTA rooms only use for <150 copies • Password & user name is 4321 • Risoprinter in Main Staff Room for B&W copies >150 • Password 2222 External Printing & Color Copying • Please preapproval with co-presidents prior to getting work done • All external printing should be done at by our partner Buck Blue Circulation • The # of kids per teacher per grade is available in office. Please place flyers in each teachers mail slot & don’t forget 5th Grade & DrKulka!

External Communication Banners • These are designed and produced through Amy Pearce please send event details, time, date & any logos 3 weeks prior to event amywpearce@icloud.com White Board • Meredith Odegard will update the Primary Board, please send items for the following week by 10am Friday mereditho@bellsouth.net Digital Board • Tiffany Walton will update the Digital Board at Main, please send items for the following week by 10am Friday tiffanywalton@comcast.net

  6. Volunteers & AttendeEs • Volunteers Please recruit via Sign Up Genius which you should send to all room parents. If you have questions on using Sign up Genius or getting room parent info please contact Denise Kopcha at dkopcha@bellsouth.net • Attendees • Eventbrite is the online tool we are using to get RSVPs for events and to collect payment • Please contact Emily Carlson to set up an Eventbrite emilypcarlson@yahoo.com
