  2. 1. Transport Status Inquiry Overview Transport status which is classified by transport vendors or trucks is searched. Various transport business is searched from a transport instruction to `Gate In`, `Loading Car`, `Gate Out`, and transport POD. 2.   4. 1.4 Transport Management Screen Name Shipment Status Menu Path Transport > Shipment Status Business Description This is a screen for showing a flow of a transport business by showing a taking time classified by each unit of the transport business This is a screen used by an operator of GITMS, and this shows a present status classified by trucks. This shows a truck of which a loading car is delayed or `Gate Out` is delayed. (L/T denotes Loading Time, and represents a taking time from `Gate In` to `Gate Out`.) Particularly, if `Not G/O` is selected, it is easy to find a specific transport from many transports because vehicles which is not `Gate Out` state are displayed.

  5. 1.4 Transport Management Screen Name Shipment Status Menu Path Transport > Shipment Status 1 2 ① Inquiry Condition Description • ExpDom : Export/Domestic • TO Date : Transport instruction date • TP Vendor : Vendor (Code Popup ) • TP Code : Truck Code ( Code Popup ) • Dealer : Foreign, Domestic dealer( Code Popup ) • Not G/O : if this is checked, `Gate Out` is non-processOrder, and if this is not checked, all orders are searched irrespective of `Gate Out` ② Button Description • Clear : Clear an inquiry condition. • Search : Search information matched with a condition.

  7. 1.4 Transport Management Screen Name Despatch Status Inquiry Menu Path Transport > Shipment Status 1 2 A bundle of 8 vehicles represents that 8 vehicles are loaded on DA516 TP. Despatch Status Inquiry classified by dealers • This screen is same with the shipment status inquiry of 4 page, but this screen is searched by only GTIMS operator of GLOVIS. • This menu has a different dealer code inquiry condition for searching a despatch status of a requested dealer. • Gate Out -> Despatch Date and Time TP CD -> Truck Code PLATE NO -> Truck Plate Number VENDOR -> Transport Vendor Code and Name CAR LINE -> Vehicle Model loaded on TP COLOR -> Vehicle color loaded on TP VIN No -> Vehicle Vacant Number loaded on TP E/D denotes Export/Domestic separation. A dealer code inquiry condition of ① is a distributor in case of an export transport in E/D, and is a domestic dealer in case of a domestic transport.

This is a statistic screen for analyzing the number of vehicles which remain on a yard of HMI factor and the number of transport vehicles. The number of vehicles which are `Gate Out` state classified by date are shown. Because one shipping sequence has about 10 days, only dates of 10 days are displayed.

  9. 1.4 Transport Management Screen Name Transport Status Menu Path Transport > Export > Transport Status 1 2 ※ Definition • Search a transport performance classified by shipment month, and a shipping sequence. • Plan Qty : Plan Quality inputted in a shipment plan entry of 32 page. • Tot : Port + Yard quantity • Port : Departure (Gate Out) quantity • Yard : No Gate Out quantity • Rate : Dispatch Rate( Port / Plan Qty * 100 ) • Dispatch Qty : Dispatch quantity classified by dates (data for 10 days are displayed.) • Although a transport is not registered in a plan, if there is the transport performance, the quality is searched. ① Inquiry Condition Description • Shipping Month : Shipping year and month • Seq : Shipping month shipping sequence ② Button Description • Clear : Clear an inquiry condition. • Print : Open an information print preview window matched with the inquiry condition. (refer to a behind screen) • Search : Search information matched with an inquiry condition.

  11. 1.6 Gate In/Out Management Screen Name Transport Despatch Status Menu Path Transport > Domestic > Transport Status ※ Business Description This is a statistic screen for showing how many despatched vehicles are delivered by each of dealers and vehicle models. A transport balance of vehicle models is matched based on this statistic.

Ltd.) • Departure Date : Departure Date ② Button Description • Clear : Clear an inquiry condition. • Search : Search information matched with an inquiry condition.

  13. 1.4 Transport Management Screen Name TP Performance Menu Path Transport > Transportation Mgmt > TP Performance Business Description This is a screen for searching the transport performance classified by transport vendors. In detail, the transport performance denotes the transport performance having a problem. That is, this has a function for searching how much deduction occurs by an accident during the transport. In other words, this is related to the transport performance of the transport vendors. Each of the transport vendors determines the transport performance of the transport vendors by calculating a damage percentage of the vehicles. This has a function for analyzing a damage for the quantity by displaying a total transport quantity together.

  15. 1.4 Transport Management Screen Name The State Of Transportation Per Classified Vendor Menu Path Transport > Transportation Mgmt > The State Of Transportation Per Classified Vendor Business Description This is a statistic screen for showing how many vehicles are delivered to which regions classified by transport vendors. The region division information of East, West, Chattisgarh, North, South, and Central is related to the transport region division setting described in the `Location information management` screen of a basic code.

  16. 1.4 Transport Management Screen Name The State Of Transportation Per Classified Vendor Menu Path Transport > Transportation Mgmt > The State Of Transportation Per Classified Vendor Definition Search a transport quantity and a purchase amount classified by transport vendors using a scroll bar. Region division: East, West, M.P & Chattisgarh, South, North, Central Departure Date is a statistic reference. (From ~ To indispensable date condition input) When a scroll is performed, the yellow row is distinguished from other rows by changing the color of the row, which is clicked, to a yellow. It is necessary to have a prior condition to improve the correctness of this statistic data. In a code management (Codes > Location Inquiry ), each of regions is set to included in one of 6 categories. (Refer to 22 page) Importance! no setting region is excluded in the statistic data.   18. 1.5 Account Management Screen Name Export Freight Results Inquiry Menu Path Adjustment > Export Adjustment > Results Inquiry ※ Business Description A freight result is inquired. This screen has a margin field for a transport charge. That is, this shows that how much margin remains by deducting a purchase amount from the sales amount. The margin can be shown by a transport (trip) standard or a transport vendor standard. The margin can be classified by a truck and trailer. Detail statistic information can be provided through an Excel save function.

  28. 1.6 Gate In/Out Management Screen Name Despatch Status (Gate Out) Menu Path Gate > Despatch Status (Gate Out) ※ Excel Save • Search the number of vehicles classified by models which are despatched per truck. • If Excel save button is clicked, an inquired screen is saved as an Excel file. • An inquiry condition of an inquiry screen is applied to an Excel save condition identically. • Total sum quantity is displayed on a lowest portion of an Excel file.

Screen Name LCD Status Plate Inquiry Menu Path LCD Status Plate Inquiry ※ Business Description LCD status plate has a function for improving an transport efficiency of transport vendors by displaying and emphasizing the transport status classified by transport vendors. A color is changed to a red color in 50minutes after `Gate In`, and Loading Time (Gate Out Time - Gate In Time) is displayed and induces natural competition between other transport vendors by displaying a comparison time with other transport vendors. Operators of GIN sees this LCD and determines trucks having a problem. This LCD status plate is displayed on both sides of HMI and GIN.
