  2. Graduation Ceremony • Thursday, May 23, 2013 • 6:00 pm in the EHS Courtyard • Guests must each have a ticket to enter • Balloons • Small children • Students will be recognized for: • CSF • 4.0 GPA • Perfect Attendance • Golden State Seal Merit Diploma • National Art Honor Society

  4. Graduation Rehearsal • Rehearsal • 9:00 am the morning of graduation • (6) tickets will be given to you at the end of the rehearsal • Must attend rehearsal to participate in the ceremony

  5. Graduation Speakers • Tryouts will be held on Wednesday, May 1st. • In order to tryout you must turn in a typed copy of your speech by Tuesday, April 30th. • Turn in speeches to Mrs. Sevick, in the Career Center.

  6. Cap and Gown Distribution Wednesday, May 15th Career Center 4th and 5th Lunch

  7. Graduation Dress Code • Under Cap and Gown • Males • Slacks, no denim • Dress shirt (ties optional) • Dress shoes • Females • Dress/skirt outfit • Dress pants/shirt, no denim • Dress shoes Graduates dressed inappropriately will not be allowed to participate in the graduation exercises.

Eligibility • Citizenship, Third Quarter • Two or more unsatisfactory citizenship marks • Conduct Code, Third or Fourth Quarters • Two suspensions or one 4 or 5-day suspension • Behavior suspension (9 weeks ineligibility) • Substance abuse suspension (18 weeks ineligibility) • Sixth-step truancy • Outstanding debts

  9. Behavior Contract • Behavior Contracts • Must be read & signed by parent and student • Student will receive contract in May • Must be returned in order to participate in Graduation Ceremony

  10. Senior Clearance • Senior Clearance Forms • Students must obtain all required signatures and return the form to the Counseling Office (Building C) no later than Tuesday, May 21st by 1:00pm.

  11. Textbook and Library Clearance Make sure you do not have any Fines or Library Materials, BEFORE you ask for a clearance signature!!!

  12. Start with the Enochs Library Search Find the Enochs Library Search on your desktop OR Go to the Enochs Library Webpage and open the “Library Catalog” tab at the top of the page.

  13. Login (upper right corner) the same way you login to computers at school

  16. Scholarship Night Join us for a Student Celebration Wednesday, May 15th 7:00 pm Eagles’ Nest If you have received a scholarship you can be included in this special event!

  17. See Mrs. Brogan if: • You have been accepted by a college • You have received a financial aid award letter • You have received a scholarship award letter Questions about college? Put in an appointment request with Mrs. Brogan

Grad Bash! • One last chance for the senior class to be together • Begins at 10:00 pm in the EHS gym after graduation • Ends at 5:30 am the following morning (no early exit) • Lots of FOOD – dinner, snacks all night, (smoothies, coffee cart, taco truck, popcorn, cotton candy...) and breakfast • Lots of ACTIVITIES – hypnotist, all night casino, music/dancing (DJ), karaoke, bingo, inflatable games, volleyball, movies…. • Lots of PRIZES – TVs, Laptops, Games, Gift Cards, and many others. • Cost - $35.00 tickets in SBO
