  8. Android ELP App • Designed for use with all Android smartphones and tablets • Uses the gestures and navigation familiar to Android users • Allows Android smartphone users to complete, save, update, present and email their ELP

The webapp • iOS& Android are ‘Native Apps’ which are device-based • The webapp allows users with ANY mobile device to complete the ELP from their smartphone or tablet • The screens automatically span to the optimum size /layout • Their information is saved ‘externally’ on a secure server and can be accessed by the user at any time

  17. Evidence? • Is self assessment accurate / truthful? • Do employers believe what people say? • Is there a way of helping to prove that a person is at the level they say they are? • Yes! - provide evidence: images, text files, video, sound files etc to complement the ELP
