  2. Project Background The Project is implement through Community Based Organisation (VPRCs, SHGs, PLF) Project covers 4174 village panchayats reaching out to 9.6 lakh Households. CBOs implement & Monitor project activities through simple information system at the grass root level.

  4. Community Bookkeeping - Village Level • Desktop Computer with UPS • Printer • Antivirus Software • C - Bookkeeping (Customised Tally software) with License. One Company with Different Users

  5. Community Bookkeeping - Cluster Level • Login as cluster manager • Restore all village panchayat data backup • Bulk Export the group company data • Integrate into MIS System

  6. Data Validation Team • PIP List – 2 VPRC members and one SAC member • VPRC Data – VPRC Book Keeper, one VPRC & one SAC Member • PLF Data – PLF Bookkeeper, 2 PLF Member and one CST • SHG Data – All CSTs in the village and one SHG community Auditor • Concern Panchayat in charge facilitator is overall responsible for any error and omission.
