Rubber Moulding • It is very easy and helpful to reproduce something from the man made or from the nature. • It has various kind of components like gaskets, damper rings, water strike back valves, seals, boots, rubber convert to plastics, etc. these are the injection mould components. • The liquid silicon rubber mould components are manufacture in wide range of application such as automotive, medical application, etc.

  3. Types of Rubber Mould • Injection moulding • Compression moulding • Transfer moulding • Prototype moulding • Rubber convert to metal bonding

  4. Benefits • For high rubber part the run time will reduce and it will save the money and the time. • In nature the liquid silicon rubber has a low viscosity. • Low cost to construct and the tools are complex less. • Reducing of cycle time • The wasting of material is minimum

  5. Disadvantage • In the injection moulding the design and the development part will take very long time to work. • The elastomers and the systems will not be suitable for the injection moulding. • The start up is very high.
