State/Federal Governmental Affairs • Spearheaded by staff and Trustee Council • Closely allied with Florida Chamber • Focuses on “big picture” issues and advocacy • Builds relationships with state and federal legislators and staff • Holds annual “Legislative Luncheon” • Coordinates support for Florida Business Agenda • Coordinates annual trip to Tallahassee
