Document Change Timeline • September 10, 2007 – ERCOT staff submitted changes to existing Texas Nodal Telemetry Criteria and State Estimator Standards for comment • September 17, 2007 - ROS hosted workshop • September 24, 2007 - NDSWG hosted workshop • October 1, 2007 - ROS hosted workshop • October 4, 2007 - ROS approved Telemetry Criteria via E-Mail

Texas Nodal Market Telemetry Criteria • ROS voted by E-Mail to approve Texas Nodal Market Telemetry Criteria • Affirmative 13 (70% weighted) • Negative 3 (30% weighted) • Abstain – 1 • Dissenting comments concerning performance metrics and response times • ROS setting up process to monitor and update metrics
