Joining Forces to Overcome Cancer: The Kenya Cancer Research and Control Stakeholder Program CGH portfolio analysis identifies significant investment in Kenya, but lack of coordination among stakeholders and the national government. 8 NCI-designated Cancer Centers investing in cancer research. NCI-Kenya establishes technical working groups as a direct result of the meeting tracks; Government of Kenya matches NCI-US investment in cancer registries and surveillance. CGH convenes National Stakeholder Meeting with more than 40 organizations and 80 individuals, across 4 key technical areas.
