[2015] IRLR 711– 18 months from end of the leave year in which the entitlement had accrued, whereupon it will be lost Calculation of holiday pay: British Airways plc v Williams [2012] ICR 847 – ‘normal remuneration’ and ‘intrinsically linked to the worker’s tasks in terms of his/her contract of employment’ Lock v British Gas Trading Ltd. [2014] ICR 813 Bear Scotland Ltd v Fulton [2015] IRLR 15 – non-guaranteed overtime backdated for how long? See 2 year limit in section 23(4A) and (4B) of the ERA Lock v British Gas Trading Ltd.
