  4. TOSHMS之查驗基準研訂說明 • 分三個等級-- • 3 - 系統面或執行面超越法規及標準之要求 • 2 - 系統面及執行面均符合法規及標準之要求 • 1 –系統面或執行面未達法規或標準之要求 • 草案研訂會將會再召集驗證單位及事業單位檢討修正，再提報職安署核定
