Occupational Outlooks • Veterinarians: The outlook, according to NY Career Zone, is very favorable having a 33% increase in jobs by 2018 over the 2008 – 2018 decade. • Zoologists and Wildlife Biologists: The outlook for is least favorable with an increase of 21% increase over the 2008 – 2018 decade. • Geographers: The outlook for this is favorable and has some job growths. • Pharmacists: The outlook is very favorable and has about an 17% increase in jobs over the 2008 – 2018.

Earning Potential • Veterinarian: $119,500/yr for experienced workers, close understanding on animals, good relationships with customers and animals alike (reputation) • Zoologists and Wildlife Biologists: $70,260/yr for experienced workers, love for nature and animals • Geographers: $87,520/yr for experienced workers, traveling to many places to look at the physical features • Pharmacists: $120,100/yr for experienced workers, good relationships with customers and colleagues, helpful in providing help and information

Continued… • I would have to go through lots of science classes along with some math classes. • My GPA would have to be higher than 3.5 throughout my college years. • Take exams if I were to go into many colleges as a graduate student after my undergraduate years such as the PCAT (Pharmacy College Admission Test) and the VCAT (Veterinary College Admission Test).
