It is natural to get older, so we get wrinkles, sagginess on our face. We notice our skin becoming thinner and drier. Our genes largely control when these changes occur. The medical term for this type of aging is intrinsic aging. We can influence another type of aging that affects our skin. Our environment and lifestyle choices can cause our skin to age prematurely. The medical term for this type of aging is extrinsic aging. By taking some preventive actions, we can slow the effects that this type of aging has on our skin. Self-skin care in our daily routine is very important to keep our skin clean and hydrated but some other factors are also very important to keep it supple and younger. Dead cells exfoliation dramatically improves the quality of skin tissue. With removal of superficial layers and dead cells, skin looks smooth and revitalized. In a gap of 15 days dead cells should be exfoliated. Advance chemical are good for proper exfoliation. Exfoliation improves the texture of the skin and reduces the speed of wrinkles formation. Wearing sunglasses can help reduce lines caused by squinting. Eat a healthy, well-balanced diet. Keep your body hydrated–drinking 8 to 10 glass of water balances your body’s moisture level. Drinking enough water is not only for skin but for good health also. Good health always reflects through our skin. Exercise most days of the week. Findings from a few studies suggest that moderate exercise can improve circulation and boost the immune system.
