  2. STP on PA-RLO MCDP • The duration of the program is one week • This STP contains four modules • 1. About the organisation • 2. Products and services • 3. RLO and its functions • 4. CCS(Conduct)rule and welfare measures • Two half days’ softskill classes will be held • Two half days’ class on MS office will be held

PA-RLO –MCDP-Module-1 • Module -1 is about the department • Performance objectives: • At the end of the module, the trainees must be able to : • State the mission and vision of our organisation • Explain the structure of our organization • State the percentage of Revenue & Expenditure of our organisation • Explain the human resources of our organization • Understand the technology implementation in our organization • Explain the New projects in our organisation • List out the Mile stones in our organization • mod.1

PA-RLO –MCDP-Module-2 • Module-2 is about products and services • Performance objectives: At the end of the module, the trainees must be able to • List out the Products services offered by the organisation • Explain different kinds of postal articles • Expalinfranking machine system for payment of postage • Describe about the PIN code system • Calculate the postage and taxation of articles mod.2

PA-RLO –MCDP-Module-3 • Module-3 is about RLO and its functions • Performance objectives: At the end of the module, the trainees must be able to: • Explain the procedure of receipt/despatch of ordinary mail & accountable mail • Explain the procedure of disposal/preservation of ordinary mail & accountable mail • Explain the procedure of disposal/preservation of articles containing valuable property • Explain system of the enumeration of articles and half yearly /RLO returns • mod.3

PA-RLO –MCDP-Module-4 • Module -4 is about CCS(conduct) rule and welfare measures • Performance objectives: At the end of the module, the trainees must be able to : • Explain the provisions in CCS(Conduct) Rules 1964 • Describe the Welfare facilities available to the employees of the Department • mod.4
