Session Rules(visit the IGNOU website at : www.ignou.ac.in & the College website at :www.muralidhargirlscollege.org->Facilities-> Ignou Study Centre Link • Submit the photocopy of your IGNOU Identity Card to the IGNOU office of Muralidhar Girls’ College. • Come always with your IGNOU Identity Card. • Attend as many sessions as possible to avoid Term End Examination(TEE) time difficulties. • 75% attendance is must for Practical based programme (MAPC-PSYCHOLOGY) in 1st year & 2nd year. • Prepare your lessons from the IGNOU study materials in home and interact with respective Academic Counsellors during the Session hours. • No classroom lecture will be delivered. • Note Audio (GYANVANI) broadcasting and Video(GYANDARSHAN) telecasting times from the Centre Notice Board.

  3. IGNOU Assignment Submission Rules • The students are hereby asked to submit the assignment only during IGNOU Office Timing(3pm to 4:30pm). Last date of assignment submission: 31st March for JUNE Term End Examination and 30th September for DECEMBER Term End Examination . • Late submission of assignment will not be accepted on any account. • After evaluation, they can get them back from the Study Centre after Grade Card display of marks. Study Centre does not take any responsibility thereafter. • Clarification regarding marks, remarks on the assignment will be dealt only on Sundays(10am to 12noon). • Students should do the assignment work from home, not during the practical / theory sessions. • Assignments must be hand written only; no typed assignments will be accepted.Handwriting should be neat and readable. • Paper Size should be same and write through front side of the paper only. • Use any one black or blue ink pen. Do not use 'RED' ink pen. • The assignments are to be submitted Course wise attached in a Card Board File or spiral binding. • Never send the assignment through e-mail.

The Assignment must have the following details: 1)Enrollment number 2) Name, Address and Contact number of the Student3) Programme Title4) Course Title & Course Code5) Assignment Code Number 6)Date of submission7) SignatureAttach "Acknowledgment Receipt Copy" along with the assignments.Get back acknowledgement / receipt while submitting your assignments. Attach Photocopy of the downloaded Question Paper along with the assignment. The Coordinator / Study Centre has the right to reject the assignments received after the due date. Therefore, the students are advised to submit the assignments before the due date. "Use of UNFAIR means / COPYING Assignments" are NOT Allowed.If the above instructions are not followed your assignments will be rejected and you will be entitled to get ‘0' marks.

Apply for the Term End Examination (TEE) through our Study Centre (CODE-28140), manually or online through www.ignou.ac.in / rckolkata@ignou.ac.in. • Get yourself Re-Registered in Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU) for next year, in March 2017. • Submit your 2nd year or 3rd year (where-ever necessary)Re-Registration Form along with required fee through ONLINE - www.ignou.ac.in / rckolkata@ignou.ac.in • Check your IGNOU session schedule on www.muralidhargirlscollege.org->Facilities-> (IGNOU) Study Centre Link • For Assignment; TEE Question Papers; Results; Library and any other IGNOU related queries, visit : www.ignou.ac.in / rckolkata@ignou.ac.in / www.muralidhargirlscollege.org
