Already there is starvation and water shortages; where twice as many people will fit is a pressing global issue, but it isn't much discussed by people or governments and significant advance planning is needed to avoid absolute disaster. Today, far more babies live, so do more mothers in child birth, most notably in Africa and Asia, the fastest growing regions
It should be good news from all angles: healthier babies, healthier mothers, and people live longer
More than a billion go hungry everyday Food is distributed unevenly. Some countries have surpluses, while others starve. Can earth feed 8 billion more?
