  3. Bomb Threat Evacuation Preparations: • Do not touch - no radios • No cellular phones • Open windows • Carry out personal items • Secure target room • Signal out reporting person • Meet police - assist as needed

  4. Mail Bomb Threats Suspect Packages: • Who delivered it • Was it expected • Addressed to • Receive mail/supplies predetermined point • Develop package history (sign-in log)

  5. Mail Bomb Threats Things to look for: • Handwritten label • No return address • Misspelled words • Oily packaging • Protruding wires • Unusual smell • Small packages - pipe with capped ends
