  5. Why are we here? • Need broader discussion and participation • Change the way we do our business • Share responsibility for IT • More transparent

  6. Drivers • Expectations are high and do more with less • Human Resources are capped • 20% cut in 18 months • Campus needs to become more efficient • We do not have the luxury of making mistakes
