  1. Presenting PMS – Goal Settings Process

  2. Goal Settings Process - Workflow • Employees can submit their own KRAs along with standard KRAs assigned by HR if any. • Reporting Managers receive the KRAs and they can edit and approve the same. • Employees can view the Approved KRAs

  3. Employees can submit their KRAs through Performance Management module

  4. System displays the Standard KRA assigned by the HR which can not be edited..

  5. Employee can submit their KRAs along with the Standard KRAs if any…

  6. Employee can submit a maximum of 10 KRAs. Out of 10 KRAs, 3 are mandatory and total weightage should be 100%…

  7. Before submission, employee can edit the KRAs. After submission, employee can only view the submitted KRA.

  8. System will send an e-mail alert to Reporting Manager, saying that employee has defined and updated the KRAs….

  9. After submission, status of the Goals Setting will change as “Pending with Appraiser”

  10. Employee will get an E-mail alert after Reporting manager approving the KRAs.

  11. Employee can view the Approved KRAs (Goals)

  12. Employee can view the Approved KRAs along with the changes made by the Appraiser

  13. Reporting Manager

  14. Appraiser has to access the system to approve the KRAs submitted by the employees reporting to him

  15. System will show the status of the submitted KRAs as “New Form” in the Appraiser Interface…

  16. Appraiser can approve the KRAs with or without any changes.

  17. Appraiser can also insert the additional KRAs along with employee defined KRAs and approve the same.

  18. After approval, system will send an e-mail alert to Employee and Appraiser mentioning the approval status.

  19. E-mail alert to employee….

  20. E-mail alert to Reviewer…

  21. Approval status will change as “Goals Approved” with timings.
