Licensed Staff Actions: • Self-Assessment • Administrator Actions: • Employee Assessment • Initial Professional Growth Conference • Discuss Initial Assessment • Discussion of Potential Professional Growth Goals • Discuss PDUs for License Renewal • Licensed Staff Actions: • Completion of Goal(s) • Summative Professional Growth Conference • Review Evidence of Growth in Effective Practice • Discuss Summative Evaluation • Discuss PDUs for License Renewal • Observations • Minimum of 3 Observations • Minimum of 10 Minutes in Length • All Observations Require Written Feedback • At Least 1 Observation During this Phase Requires Face-to-Face Conference to Discuss Feedback • Licensed Staff Actions: • Compile and Submit Evidence (e.g., Artifacts / Data / Portfolio) • Licensed Staff Actions: • Interim Self-Assessment • Administrator Actions: • Interim Employee Assessment • Observations • Minimum of 3 Observations (for a minimum of 6 annually) • Minimum of 10 Minutes in Length • All Observations Require Written Feedback • At Least 1 Observation During this Phase Requires Face-to-Face Conference to Discuss Feedback • Interim Professional Growth Conference • Discuss Interim Assessment • Review of Progress on Professional Growth Goals • Discuss Additional Support Needed to Meet Professional Growth Goals
