  5. Family History • My mother’s history had a generation of farmer but my mother’s oldest sister had entered into a new field. the field of pottery so the rest of the family followed and worked for her until year 1995, at this time the land that had been used for farming by my grandparents. My mother purchased , to create her own company to export pottery . That is called : Pots and gardens and Ban Mai Ltd.

  6. Family story • In the year 1968, my mother’s family was very poor and it was also war time. At that time her parents had 8 children but sadly 3 of them died due to hunger and poor medical supply. Her father wanted another child to have 6 children because if you had 6 children at that time you will not have to go to war .

  7. . Then the child number 6 was not born yet but the documents of birth certificate were ready that her father could stay with her family and not go to war. But then they had to move many times since the military went and burned down the house of people that did not go to war.

  8. Family Memories • My mothers favourite memory was when she carried me in her stomach and when I was born but it was a hard time for her. • Also one of her favourite memories was when my little brother was in her stomach and when he was born.

  9. What did I Learn • I learned that she travelled a lot for work and holidays. • My mother was not a religious person but sometime believes in some things. • I learned that my mother was born on a street in war time. • When my mother was born it was a bad time because it was war time and her family had a very hard time to continue their lives in war time.

  10. Why is time and place important? • In the world there are different countries and places with different cultures and with different people and so sometime people will recognise you that you are from a different country and have that culture. • When you did something wrong before and so on you will not do it again since you learned the lesson. • Time is important because it is so limited, and goes by so quickly. You cannot slow it down, but you can live each moment, appreciate it and savor it...use your time and make sure you don't waste it, that is the best you can do. The worst you can do is pay no attention to it…because when it's gone, it's gone!
