LUG EXECOM 1998 Election Process • To be elected this year: • four regular members (2 year term) • one Postdoctoral/Graduate Student member (1 year term) • Vice Chair who becomes Chair in 2000. • For Even distribution must elect at least • One regular member doing Defense related research • One Postdoc/Grad Student • One regular member doing neutron scattering research

LUG EXECOM Election • Nominations for regular members are due to Audrey by 9/1/98 • Signature of three LUG members required for nomination • We can also take nominations supported by at least three members on the floor today • Election takes place by email in October • New EXECOM takes over 1/1/99
