  3. Individual Presentations Introduction/Setup 30 s Presentation 10 min. (yellow sheet @ 9 min.) (chair stands at 10.5 min.) Questions 4.5 min.

  4. Arrangements • Equipment: podium, laptop computer (beside the podium), projector, 2 screens, mouse, and remote at podium to advance slides • Submit presentation to doug.bitner@usask.ca by 3:00pm on Friday, March 2, 2012. • PowerPoint 2007 • Name file according to group # (“Group 1.pptx”) • Doug Bitner will: • load the presentations on the laptop on Friday • be the technical assistant at the Travelodge • start your presentation during the session

  5. Follow-up Client Meeting (10%) • Each group will be required to arrange and chair a follow-up meeting with the industrial client and faculty advisor. • The meeting must take place between March 5 and March 26, 2012 unless approved by the faculty advisor, industrial client and course coordinator. • The meeting should last no more than 1 hour but can take various forms (e.g., web meeting, face-to-face meeting, teleconference, video conference ...). • The meeting should include a presentation by the project group and discussion of the results and implementation. • At the end of the meeting, the faculty advisor and industrial client will assign a grade for this meeting. The grade will also consider how well the final design and report meet the client’s objectives.
