  2. Weight Watchers and eTools • Weight Watchers = Weight Loss! • Online support program called “eTools” • Using eTools, members can: • Track their food choices and activity • Use other tools to support their weight-loss efforts

  3. Increased eTools usage… Monthly Pass = FREE eTools

  4. Lack of Training Programs Access has increased but… Training programs have not!

  5. Identified Problem… Members are FRUSTRATED!!!

Online eTools Training Program • Website created in Weebly (password protected) • 13 Tutorials: • 3 Main Tools: Food Tracker, Activity Tracker & Recipe Builder • Basic and Advanced versions • “Show Me!” – watch and learn • “Try It Out!” – interact and learn • Welcome tutorial – how to navigate site • Video on how to create eToolsaccount • Interactive eTools Tour – basics of eTools
