BIENES DEL PATRIMONIO NACIONAL • Afectados al uso y servicio del Rey y de los miembros de la familia real • Inalienables, inembargables e imprescriptibles • Pero no bienes de dominio público • Se inscriben en RP como titularidad estatal • Ejemplos: • Palacio Real de Oriente • Parque de Campo del Moro • Palacio Real de Aranjuez • Regulación: • Ley 23/1982, de 16 de junio • Real Decreto 496/1987 • Gestionados por “Consejo de Administración del Patrimonio Nacional” PATRIMONIO NACIONAL
