  1. Scope Statement TIA TR 8.18 LTE Task Group Scope Statement The mission of the TR 8.18 LTE task group is to create LTE coverage design and verification procedure documents. Scope: • Develop and document industry recommended practice for broadband data system coverage modeling. • Develop and document industry recommended practice for broadband data system coverage verification. • Ensure that the coverage modeling and verification industry recommended practices are synchronized with each other Strategy • Leverage existing TSB-88 coverage modeling and verification procedures and update these procedures for broadband data systems.
