3. Homework Registration Students study through the online textbooks, which are uploaded on our website. How to use : 1. Click Homework Registration. 2. To set up class : Choose classwhich you give homework. *To give all the classes, choose “all”. *To give each students respectively, click “individual study set up” and choose students. 3. To set up study date : Set up start date and submit date. *If start date is not current date, students will be automatically given homework on the date which is set by you. http://www.ikbt.co.kr

4. Homework Registration 4. Click choose contents and move to the contents box (below). 5. Write the textbook title in the search box and click “search”. 6. Click the textbook you want, and you will see the whole page. 7. Choose contents you want and click “registration”. http://www.ikbt.co.kr

Choose the automatic listening. * If not choose this : students should click sentence by sentence to listen. * It choose this : computer reads automatically sentences (vocabulary). 11. Set up the number of recording. 12. Choose dictation. 13. Choose writing. (Writing is not available for textbooks without translation version) 14. Choose submit score to submit dictation/writing. * Students can not submit if their score is under the submit score you set. 15. Click “Homework Registration” to finish. http://www.ikbt.co.kr

6. Text message set-up This program automatically sends the text message to parents at their cell phones if students are given their homework or not, and if they did their homework. 1. Click text message set-up. 2. Click “Send parents text message about 'giving study‘” and set up the sending time on the right. 3. Click “Send parents text message about study or not” and set up the sending time on the right. Notice 1. Set teacher’s or school’s number for sender’s number. 2. Set school name for sender’s name. 3. Announcement set up is possible to revise. (but, contents inside ( ) cannot be revised.) 4. If message of all of the teachers should be revised, work in Info of Administrator’s page. http://www.ikbt.co.kr

7. Essay Registration Students can study diary or writing. 1. To set up class : Choose classwhich you give homework. *To give all the classes, choose “all”. *To give each students respectively, click “individual study set up” and choose students. 2. To set up study date : Set up start date and submit date. *If start date is not current date, students will be automatically given homework on the date which is set by you. 3. Title : Write study title. 4. Recording : Set up the recording time. (With 5 minutes, recording box is automatically closed in 5 minutes.) 5. Write study contents briefly in the text writing box. 6. If there is sample sound, students can use it with mp3 (option) 7. Click speaking registration to finish. http://www.ikbt.co.kr

8. Speaking Registration Students can read the textbooks which are not in data using speaking/Speech Test or contents. 1. To set up class : Choose classwhich you give homework. *To give all the classes, choose “all”. *To give each students respectively, click “individual study set up” and choose students. 2. To set up study date : Set up start date and submit date. *If start date is not current date, students will be automatically given homework on the date which is set by you. 3. 9. Vocabulary study Registration Teachers can register for vocabulary study by textbook, by grade, and by level. There are 4 stages. (listening, recording, dictation, and test) 1. Choose textbook (publisher). 2. Choose level (grade). 3. Choose unit (lesson). (Elementary vocabulary (10 words), Middle school vocabulary (20 words) are put together. 4. Click “choose words” and confirm them to register. 5. Write title in the title box. 6. Set the number of listening and speaking, and choose submit score of dictation and test. 7. To set up class : Choose classwhich you give homework. 8. To set up study date : Set up start date and submit date. 9. Click the vocabulary study registration. Notice 1. Study date should last long if you want to set up the whole unit. 2. Page break is to set up how many study words you set at one time. (When studying 50 words, 10 homeworks per page, totally 5 homeworks, are given.) http://www.ikbt.co.kr

10. Print Vocabulary Teachers can print out the vocabulary you want in daily test paper. You can see the print button either by clicking choose vocabulary (picture above) shown in vocabulary study registration or by clicking the title of vocabulary study (picture below) which has been given. 2. By clicking print button, you can move to the control box. http://www.ikbt.co.kr

11. Print vocabulary 3. Divide visible rows and invisible rows. (Clicking the letters will make them changed.) 4. Clicking random will divide Korean and English. 5. Clicking change by vocabulary on the right will make the clicked words changed into English/Korean. 6. Choose the number per page on the above. (Maximum 40 words can be printed on one page) 7. 12. Test Registration Teachers can register for level test or questions taken in past. 1. To set up class : Choose classwhich you give homework. *To give all the classes, choose “all”. *To give each students respectively, click “individual study set up” and choose students. 2. To set up study date : Set up start date and submit date. *If start date is not current date, students will be automatically given homework on the date which is set by you. 3. Click ‘choose test’ to choose the test you want to register. 4. Title : Write the title. 5. Take an exam many times regardless of the period : Students can practice many times regardless of the period, if you register for tests taken in past for school records. 6. Error note check-up available score : With the score set by you, students can check out their error note only if they get more than the score you set. 7. 13. Grades Teachers give grades on students’ homework. (including printing grade report Set up the date. Set the class you want Change the screen by clicking search You can check students’ grades who finished studying, while Non-study will be shown for students who didn’t submit homework. Continue click grades to see the detail. (recording can be checked, essay/speaking homework can be corrected) 6. Click study details to see all of the homework on the given date. Tip We give 10 points basically if a student submit recording homework. (You can revise the score only in recording) 2. Click view of the grade report to print out. http://www.ikbt.co.kr

14. Print grade report Teachers can print out the grade report of the month. 1. By clicking view in the grade report from ‘grades’, you can move to grade control box. 2. The score in yellow is student’s real score. 3. The score in yellow green is printed when printing the grade report. 4. You can print the grade report by individual or in whole. Tip 1. To correct the score in the grade report, click ‘revise’. After revising, click ‘confirm’. 2. 50 points are given basically for speaking part, which means students’ participation score in class. (revision available) 3. Teachers can write ‘teacher’s comment’ in person (Click ‘confirm’ after writing.) http://www.ikbt.co.kr

15. RECORD Teachers can see study details of the month (available to correct/delete) Notice : If you delete homework, students’ homework is also deleted automatically. RANKING Students’ ranking is shown. (Teachers can see all the ranking, while it is shown to only top 5% students. http://www.ikbt.co.kr

16. Counsel file Teachers can write the counsel file. Click enter if it is your first writing. 2. Click view if it is followed by your first writing. 3. Click add after adding new content. 4. You can correct and delete. http://www.ikbt.co.kr

17. New students’ file Teachers can fill out the new students’ counsel file. KBT Request Board Teachers can request KBT headquarter for correcting any program error and mistakes, or study problems. 1. In case of study problems : Leave the student’s name and contact number. KBT solve the problems with remote control. 2. To correct contents : KBT revise it if you leave textbook title and pages. Tip 1. Misprint may be made because workers type in hand.
