CLICK TO EDIT MASTER STYLE Development of Presentations Original materials developed by then Director of WISEST and the facilitators based on extensive reading and discussions of original literature and the many leadership seminars on implicit bias. Experienced SUCCEED members train new facilitators. New facilitators attend many presentations before taking a lead position.

CLICK TO EDIT MASTER STYLE On-going Revisions Most STEM search committee members have seen multiple SUCCEED presentations. • Fall 2012: • Focus on procedures and practices • Shortened section on bias awareness • Fall 2013 plan: • Shorten presentation further • Add discussion scenarios (case studies) • More interactive, less repetitive
