JOB VACANCY Learning & Development Advisor – Ocean Housing £20,000 - £25,000 per annum St Austell Aim: Ocean Housing want to recruit a dedicated graduate to meet the learning and development needs of the organisation, provide a cost effective and pro-active learning and development service and promote best practice in supporting Ocean’s strategic objectives. Company: Ocean Housing Group is a large, successful and expanding social enterprise in Cornwall, with a diverse range of activities within the four companies that make up the Ocean Housing Group. Ocean Housing’s primary function is as a Housing Association. Based in Ocean Housing Group, the Human Resources team, where this vacancy sits, provides a professional service to all four companies within the group. Objectives: Set up a learning & development management system Design and develop a skills matrix for all roles within Ocean Design and develop an effective training record database Develop sources of funding Deliver a value for money learning & development service Nature of Work The successful graduate will work closely with the Head of Human Resources and Head of Health, Safety & Environment to design, develop and deliver a pro-active, effective learning and development service to the group.
