This role requires ∙ An organised individual with drive and determination ∙ A background in special needs would be beneficial as would an awareness of support services available to families. ∙ Proven communication skills and a focused approach in co-ordinating the provision of external services within the school. The post is temporary to cover maternity leave and will start 11 June 2012. Secondments are welcome with a letter of agreement from your current manager. JOB VACANCY Post 1 is permanent within the Exeter St Edmunds Court Complex Care Team, working with adults with physical disabilities and older people, supporting families in crisis to gain the care and support they need. Post 2 is fixed term for 12 months within the busy Exeter RD&E Hospital Onward Care Team. You will be required to have a knowledge of Social Care with older adults and preferably some experience in a similar role. Offering assessment, planning and support in organizing packages of care, these roles involve contact with members of the public and a great deal of multi-disciplinary working.
