  1. Keeping world clean Brittney Croes

  2. Story • We first started this organization when I was walking along in the park, and I saw a baby birds leg stuck in a plastic bag. I went to help it and right away I knew that I wanted to do something to help and make sure that it wont happen again, so I started the Keeping World Clean organization.

  3. Workers • Currently we are working with The Green Machine foundation. They help us put on fundraisers and help put together days that we can go around and work as a community to clean up. Our money that we raise goes to parks to help re-build and restore them.

  4. Situation • Small space • Not enough parking • Not appealing to the eyes (inside or outside) photos.nj.com-

  6. Alternative • If our organization doesn’t get funded, we will be stuck with the building that we are currently in. Which means we will still be cramped, and we will have to take the money that we are making from our fundraising, we will have to dip into those funds in order to pay for our building to get remodeled.

  7. Recommendation • Size- I would like our buildings that we rent or lease to be about 60 sq. ft • Outside look- Not too old and grungy looking. (Very vibrant colors) • Inside look- Modern, or edgy, not too dark • Parking- Parking in back with a back entrance door for employees. Also front parking, that isn’t by a crowded or very busy street • Employees- At least 10 employees per building • Space- Enough room for activities and a separate office room, or back room

  8. implement Branch out and get more businesses Possibly buy the space if we are going to rent or lease At some point get at least one business in each state Get enough employees for each building Get lots of people to help raise money for the organization

  9. evaluate • With expanding branches and expanding buildings we hope that our organization will raise more money than it has, because we hope to have plenty of customers and we hope that we will have more people attend our events. The new buildings will help the business because it will get people to want to know what our organization is all about and with nice looking buildings and well put together business we will look very professional and we will definitely look like we know what we are doing. We will also show how much we love our environment and organization and hopefully get many more people involved!
