  5. The "Balanced Scorecard" is a strategic management approach developed in the early 1990s by Dr. Robert Kaplan and Dr. David Norton.

  9. Why use the BSC ? in 1990 its survey of CFO Magazine in the United States  found that only 10% of the corporationsuccess oftheir strategy. However, most organizations find that thereare major problems and barrierare: 1.The Vision Barrier: Only 5%of employees understand the strategy of their the organization they work 2. The People Barrier : 25% of employees inmanagers level focus and manage follow the strategy. 3. The Resource Barrier: 60% of organizations that do not control the budget according to the strategy plan. 4. The Management Barrier: 85% of managers spendtimein the meeting discuss on the strategic plan less than 1 hour per month.
