  3. Fakulti Kejuruteraan Elektrik Elements of CASR To be filled in by every course coordinator (just a one-page report !) At the end of the semester – after CARs are received from lecturers When? Then what ? 1. Submit it to the HOD 2. HOD will bring the raised issues (if any) to the JKQA meetings (PO levels) 2. Changes will be made/suggested by JKQA to improve the PO assessment

PO achievements Present the achievements of the selected POs for every section and program in a tabular manner 3. Modification to the course outcomes (if any) Assessment method, new CO, marks distributions etc. made from the previous offering Must state the source of modification
