I want to take this opportunity to thank your pastor and first lady for allowing me to talk to you about two of the greatest epidemics in America’s History which would be obesity and
unhealthy eating. The fast food industry is a billion dollar industry. We continue to make the CEO of fast food restaurants wealthy and our health as a nation is on a decline. There are more people dying today that every before with deceases such as cancer, high blood pressure and many more. You may say that there are more people in the world so the numbers should be more. Our life style has changed. People were not consuming so much processed foods. They probably ate more fruits and vegetables. The walked to work and many did more labor intense jobs.
So often we take these issues for granted. Complacey has set in and we choose not to do anything about the problems or the issues until they become major problems. You start experiencing things that you thought you would never ever have to deal with then one day you wake up with excruciating pains in your chest or you go to the doctor and he or she tells you that you have gain 10 pounds since your ast visit. Your blood pressure is high and it may seem like health problems seem to be developing rapidly. Brothers and sisters - Let’s Keep It Real! t is time for a change! Your life depends on it!
