1. Permits Training for SPPS Head Engineers

2. Log-in to the permit system with your SPPS email address (custodial@spps.org) and password (custodian)at stpaul.thatscommunityed.com/admin

3. In the blue toolbar at the top of the page, click the ‘Facilities’ drop-down menu and select ‘Buildings.’

4. Enter the name of your building in the ‘Search’ field or click ‘view all’ below it.

5. Check the box next to the building you want to view, then click the ‘Reports & Connect’ button in the dark grey toolbar above.

6. A reports screen will pop up. Under the ‘Reports’ tab, make sure the ‘Selected Results’ button is checked, then click ‘Facility Schedule’ in the list below. Enter the dates and days of the week that you would like to view. Click ‘Export.’

7. Your report will begin downloading in the lower right hand corner. When it turns green, click ‘View Results’ to open.

8. A download window will pop up. Select ‘Open with’ and click ‘OK.’

9. A new window will open with your report.
