Healthy Tips • Eat Healthy: • Make half your plate fruits and vegetables. • Make at least half your grains whole grains. • Compare sodium in foods like soup, bread, and frozen meals and choose the foods with lower numbers. • Get Moving: • Get at least 60 minutes of physical activity every day to help keep your heart healthy. • Walk to and from school or to after-school activities. • Walk in your neighborhood – to the park, church, farmers’ market, or grocery store.
