  4. THEME For 2012 the theme of ‘’la journée pour la paix’’ will be SPORT and INTERNATIONAL. Sport is an APOLITICAL and NON RELIGIOUS discipline. It always unify all countries in a peace mind. This policy fits perfectly to our peace day in Lebanon Car racing is one of the most fascinating and covered event internationally by all medias, mainly TV. Sponsors are investing huge amounts of money to communicate through this sport. As we previously organized the Karting Championship of Lebanon down town, in the parking facing the Virgin, and as it was a huge success with more then 2400 visitors, we decided to create for 2012 The 1st INTERNATIONAL PEACE KARTING CHAMPIONSHIP of LEBANON Back to summary Concept and organization NEXT

  17. SPORTIVES STARS After many meetings with our partners, ATCL and others we have decided to invite different Karting drivers from MENA region and eventually from Europe. We are already in contact with big F1 drivers like for instance Jacques VILLENEUVE and others hoping to have the possibility to respond to their wills and their availability Also we intend to invite Lebanese personalities and champions to take part at the competitions The race for the stars and champions The race for ladies The race for the PRESS We are studying the possibility to organize a special race for the UN contingents in Lebanon NEXT Back to summary Concept and organization

PROGRAM of the EVENT • FRIDAY 21: • Late afternoon Briefing of drivers on site followed by a cocktail dinatoire on site or a dinner at the Mandaloun sur Mer. • SATURDAY 22 : Competitions will start: • The ladies one : We will invite VVIP’s ladies and stars. • b) Press competition, All the press will be invited. They will be requested to name 1 or 2 drivers to represent their Mag, TV, Billboard or Radio. This race will create indirectly a huge media coverage. NEXT Back to summary Concept and organization

  20. PROGRAM of the EVENT • SUNDAY 23 • We will have the stars competitions. Will be invited some stars and winners of Lebanese rallies and MENA region champions • And finally we will have the official competition. • In the evening we will have the award ceremony for the 4 races during a cocktail dinatoire or in a prestigious place with a gala dinner. • Trophy will be offered by the Marraine of the peace day of Lebanon M.   21. LEBANESE PERSONALITY for the PEACE DAY TITLE We have selected Mr. Maxime CHAYA to be the man of the peace of Lebanon for the year 2012. Mr. CHAYA conquest the North and south pole and the Himalaya summit, and raised proudly on these 3 points of the globe the Lebanese flag.   23. MEDIAS PARTNERS and AWARENESS All medias are keen of such event, specially that they will have their own race that we will organize exclusively for them . We will send them special invitations to take part of it. De facto they will cover their own race directly and indirectly the whole event. We expect to have all medias, Television, Radio, Press and Billboard, and a full coverage. MEDIAS PARTNERS and AWARENESS 30 years ago the United Nations declared OFFICIALLY by the resolution RS/55/282 the 21st of September as the peace day in the world and requests from all countries to celebrate it. By supporting the peace day in the world and in Lebanon, you will get a very strong image On top of that, by being partner of such event, will prove that you are supporting an international and well known sport with a huge media coverage. beeEvents & PR had always a big media coverage for all it’s event. SPONSOR PACKAGE ‘’PLATINUM 50,000 USD’’ • 2 sponsors maximum for the platinum category • Name of sponsors will be associated to the name of the event • At the press conference they will have their logo in the middle of the back drop • If we edit a brochure they will have an ad in the ‘’insides, front or back cover’’ plus 1 page of editorial plus your logo in the logo page • Each platinum sponsor will receive 500 invitations for access at the VIP area plus 500 invitations for the public area • They will have their logo on 10.000 invitation cards on the recto side • They will have 4 banners of 10,00 x 1,80 meter all around the site plus 3 inside on the circuit All technical and production costs are on the sponsor account.
