Shanghai International Centre for Infrastructure Finance (SICIF) MoU between Asian Development Bank and Shanghai Municipal Government to develop and undertake: • collaborative activities to promote investment in urban infrastructure, including through the establishment of SICIF; and • cooperation and knowledge sharing in urban management for Asia Pacific countries.

Shanghai International Centre for Infrastructure Finance (SICIF) • An Exchange track to strengthen SS-GATE’s systems to support infrastructure finance in Asia and to foster both external investment in Chinese infrastructure and Chinese investment across the globe; and • A Project Development track with the Cities Development Initiative for Asia (CDIA) to strengthen the standards of project development in Asia and the capacity of Chinese institutions to perform such activities both within China and externally
