  2. Preface and Intention • During the discussion of the DySPAN WG P&Ps the necessity to define the different roles of an individual participating in a project came up. Furthermore the structure of the data archive of a WG has to be linked to the role of an individual in the WG. • The following slides give a condensed overview about the roles and the access rights to documents of an individual paticipating in the DySPAN WGs • The contribution reflects the result of the discussion of the sc-11-0034 and sc-11-0035 contributions in the DySPAN-SC leadership team meeting on January 25th

WG Membership Roles Asks WG chair for getting access Meets conditions and asks WG chair for membership Individual Participant Member Officer Fails to fulfillduties Signed up in myProject Individual + Subscribed to mailing list Participates in meetings Eventually submits contributions Participant + Voting rights Attends w out of the last x meetings Responds to y out of the last z ballots Member or Participant + IEEE Member IEEE SA Member ComSoc Member assigned task orresponsibility
