  3. Old Business 1. 2012/13 Budget discussion – Pierce Fiscal Year 2012 Total and Remaining Budget

  4. 2013 Budget • Regular payments of $834,324 will begin this fiscal year • We are anticipating up to $165,000 to cover tower maintenance costs for SRC/PBS. 2. Grant Status • DHS grants. 3. System Updates/System Status

Pine Ridge Reservation has shifted all law-enforcement traffic to statewide system • Working with Pine Ridge on a new tower site that will be built with the capability of adding a new SRC site in the future • Repeater added to the Madison site • System upgrade on track, equipment added to master site and testing is underway at sites & dispatch centers • Follows is progress for week of 11-28 to 12-2: • Motorola technical staff (Dave and Ron) recabled the SmartX boxes, which took most of week, but needed to be done for consistent cabling and performance. • Ed reprogrammed the DACS • Ed also programmed the Conventional Channel bank • Ed programmed Metro Conventional radios into CCGW's, and also is finishing WLF CCGW programming • Joe and Ed tested through the Pierre console on the 7.9 platform, ALL GOOD. • Joe and Ed also tested through the Pierre site while on 7.9 system, to portables , ALL GOOD. • We identified and reconfigured channel bank for Huron to free up 1 T1 for the new MCC7500 consoles. • Todd identified T1's at Metro, Pierre, working on Rapid City. Jeff advised T1 for Watertown complete. • NEXT WEEK Dec. 5-9 • BIG ITEM: RF TESTING, to begin on Tuesday for the East and Central sites, plan for site and order to be done Monday to Joe. West sites begin testing Wednesday. This testing WILL include ANALOG, so if your sites have analog such as WLF, or Natl Law, those will need to be programmed into your radios. GOAL- to complete all sites next week. • Todd will finish T1's for Rapid City, WLF. • Test console connected at Huron/ RC/WLF. • Joe will continue to test consoles as he gets configured and ready. • 4. SCIP Update • 2011 SCIP implementation form has been completed and provided to DHS • 5. 700 MHz Status No updates at this time • 6. Narrowband Progress
