What is our Situation today ? 3 Event Cableski suffers the big economical success of the Full Size Cables  approx 10% increasing customers per year over the past decade  less time slots for 3 event due to public skiing  We need a 2 Pylon System as an optional device Actual Challenges (Performance and Safety) Long distances > 200m Maximum Speed and acceleration Stability in case of Slalom and Jump Turning skiing direction in case of fall Avoid contact of pulling cables No suitable solution on market right now

  3. What do we need ? Ideas & Requirements: New 2 Pylon System which is able to run 58kp/h for 3-Event Competitions Only 1 Skier is skiing at a time , so it doesn‘t matter if it is Wakeboarder or Slalom Skier Maximum distance about 450m ? Clockwise or unclockwise Very fast acceleration and deceleration Basic Idea is the use wide diameter pulleys (New Innovation) Re-Use of well known components Optional System for Tournament lakes (boat) Easy and fast to install  moveable system for special events

  11. Technical Details (Requirements and Possible Solutions): Combination of Standard Motor Pulley and Premium Extensions  10mm system Due to wide distance the cable can not touch each other ! Return wheel with very wide radius  comfortable and easy return possible Skier can return by slowing down but do not stop Re-Use of standard Carrier and Components Possible Use of ‚Fork‘, ‚Elevator‘ and ‚Magazin‘ (including brake system) Start procedure by slowing down and proper accelaration Automatic slow down by NFC coded pre carriers (System knows always where the main carrier is) Customized acceleration and speed profiles setup possible Counter Weight by new guided Return wheel (more stable) Automatic Tightness measurement and control of the main cable The Return Wheel is under video observation and the operator can concentrate on it There is an automatic detection to guarantee the right position before the return corner.
