  20. ’00 ISRS SURVEY CONCLUSIONS • LASIK is still the refractive procedure of choice amongst ISRS U.S. surgeons • Upper limit of M-LASIK <12D • Upper limit of H-LASIK <5D (CLE/wait) • Bilateral same O.R. visit surgery is accepted and standard for LASIK • VisX Star down to 2:1 over all other lasers • 75% ISRS surgeons comanage- more commonly with OD
