Employers that have a demonstrated commitment to hiring people with disabilities are encouraged to consider becoming Employer Partners with the Social Security Administration’s Ticket program. • Ticket program Employer Partners get a leg up on the competition in recruiting qualified individuals with disabilities to join their workforce. • Being an Employer Partner allows an employer to showcase their company as a disability friendly employer to gain exposure to thousands of Americans with disabilities with a link to an employer’s career or job posting website.

  3. What are the benefits of becoming an Employer Partner with SSA’s Ticket Program? FREE posting of your company’s logo, & a link to careers website/job postings, on CESSI' s Ticket to Work website. Eligibility to claim the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) for every Ticket Holder hired. Assistance in meeting diversity hiring goals, & increased visibility to Employment Networks & other local service providers who will refer qualified job candidates. All of the Above
