Decision Matrix • Based on project characteristics: • Product/Building • Is the building MEP intensive? • Organization • Does the company have appropriate experience? • Does the company have the appropriate tools? • Process • Is the project fast tracked? • Is the project cost driven? • Environment • What are the local codes? • What are the critical access points? • Commitment/Contract • What is the project delivery system? • This information can also be used for a BIM project rating system.
