  1. Full Day Diet for Bachelors which can be made without Cooking. Cooking is the most difficult task of the day for bachelors especially if you don’t like to cook. As we have to care about hygiene, as we need to clean the cooking utensils and kitchen properly on daily basis. We have to purchase fresh vegetables and many grocery products. It gets very difficult to manage time whether you are students or working professionals. Here are the full day diet plans you can follow which require no gas or induction: Breakfast:

  2. Banana Peanut Butter Sandwich Recipes: 1. Take two slices of 100% whole wheat bread. 2. Apply natural peanut butter on both the slices. 3. Chop one medium size banana and spread it across the bread slices. 4. Join both the slices and cut them into 2 half’s. The sandwich is ready. 5. Have one glass of tones milk along with it. Nutrients Composition: Calories = 600 kcal Carbs = 60 g Protein = 40 g Fat = 25 g Fiber = 8g

  3. Lunch: Toasted Puffed Rice Dish Recipes: 1. In a bowl add one cup of puffed rice, 2. Add 60 g of dry roasted chana dal 3. Add one onion finely chopped, one tomato chopped and one cucumber chopped.
