  6. Using CCPS for Placements • 3 Step Process: • Schools and clinical agencies enter data • Basic information • Schedule information • Schools make proposals • Agencies accept/reject • Offline conflict resolution process (outlined in CCPS Operating Manual) Bay Area Nursing Resource Center

  8. School Data Entry • One screen for all maintenance of basic information about: • School • Courses • Cohorts Bay Area Nursing Resource Center

  11. Clinical Agency Data Entry • Hospitals must select units and create availability • Very simple to create 24/7 unit availability • Optional: specify unit locations Bay Area Nursing Resource Center

Optional Clinical Agency Menus • Clinical Coordinators can also manage access to the system for other coordinators and indicate preferred partners (just like schools) • - Additional option to enter summary of agreements that are in place with schools(can be used as a filter during matching) Bay Area Nursing Resource Center
