Repair of Sun Server:- Done by Deepak Kumar & Manvi Sharma .We have successfully got Sun Server repaired from Aman Technologies @45,000/- on dt.13th Aug’14, Actually there’s problem in motherboard & needs to replaced after checking by Aman Technologies Engineers & ITEK Engineers. The Cost of New Mother board is Rs.1,48,000/-. But we have got this motherboard repaired from Chandigarh engineers which called by Aman Technologies. From this efforts we have saved Rs.1,03,000/- of the company. Below is the comparison of bills. Proposal of New MotherboardBill of Motherboard repaired. 7. Upgradations of RAM in IBM Server: Done by Deepak Kumar & DushyantKohli We have successfully upgraded RAM in IBM Server from 8 GB to 48 GB RAM on dt.20th Aug-14, Actually after SUN Server down we have live IBM server instead of Sun Server & the load is heavy but we have not get more suffered company’s work, if we not live IBM Server in that we can lost more than lacs but our this timely efforts we have saved time and as well as money. Below is upgraded RAM of Server: Points reflects to mission – Benefit to the company

8. Installations of New Server:- Done by Deepak , Dushyant & Manvi Sharma We have purchased New Server HP from Itek Logics Ltd (Delhi) & installed on dt.22th Aug’14 after problems in Sun Server. We have saved TAX amount of Rs.1,30,000/- of courier charges by transhipment through our own courier. Bills & workingReport of Server: Points reflects to mission – Benefit to the company

9. Maintenance of Server Room :- Done by Deepak Kumar & DushyantKohli We have successfully done maintenance of server on dt.24th Aug’14. And installed new server HP & 2 new trays for routers & adapters. Also we have set cable wiring in proper way to reduce the connection loose problems. 10. Innovative IDEA:- Highlights :- Installations of Canopy from BNGH to HOJ. Installations of VPNs (Reliance) in 16 Locations. Insert PAN Card & CIN Number in Nitco Website.

11. Installations of Canopy (BNGH to HOJ):- Done by DushyantKohli & Rohit Kumar We have successfully installated Canopy from BNGH to HOJ on dt. 26th Aug’14 for increase bandwidth & speed of LAN & Internet. Below is the User Satisfactions Report: Points reflects to mission – Constant Improvement

Installations of MPLS VPN (Reliance):- • Done by Deepak Kumar & OpinderKrishan • We have get installations of MPLS VPN connectivity in 17 Locations through reliance on dt. 31/8/14, We have tested link & is working properly. Insert PAN & CIN No. in Nitco Website:- Done by Nitin Sharma We have insert PAN Card & CIN Number in Nitco Logistics website as advised by MD Sir & DCA on dt.27th Aug’14., Actually customers wants PAN Card & CIN numbers during transactions, Now we have tag this in website where customers can easily get PAN Card. 14. Hurdles:- • Problems in Canopy Installations During Installations of Canopy from BNGH to HOJ, we are unable to fix Canopy in BNGH Towers due to Non Availability of stairs. Solutions: We have fix stairs in exiting tower in BNGH through NED for Installations of canopy in tower. Now if any problems comes in canopy, Engineer can easily fix the canopy & solved problem in very sort of time. Also it’s safety for our engineers.
