  1. Adcetris: Hodgkin lymphoma and Anaplastic large cell lymphoma Adcetris is an FDA-approved medicine. Brentuximab Vedotin is the active ingredient in medicine which is an ADC. There is no known antidote for overdose of Adcetris. In case of overdosage, one should monitor the patient closely for adverse reactions, particularly neutropenia, and administer supportive treatment to the patient.
