Roku Remote Information Roku device support two type of remote models. • Standard IR Remote • Roku Standard Remote with Channel Shortcut Buttons • Roku Streaming Stick Standard Remote • Roku Enhanced Remote • Roku Enhanced Remote with voice search. • Roku Enhanced Gaming Remote with voice search. The Roku standard remote use infrared signal and it's work with all Roku model except Roku streaming stick models number 3500 and 3600. The Roku enhanced remote is the latest version that work with Roku ultra, Roku 4, Roku 3, Roku 2, Roku premiere and premiere+.

  3. Troubleshooting Roku Remote Issues If your Roku Remote having any issues like "not responding" then follow the given steps. • Make sure if you using new batteries on your Roku Remote. If LED flash on your remote, it means the batteries are good.

  4. Pairing the Roku remote to your Roku player. In case, the remote is not pairing your Roku player, • Open the remote battery compartment and remove the battery cover. • Press the pairing button until the pairing LED flash. • Now the remote pairing dialog will appears on your TV screen.

  5. Try cleaning and Re-pair your Roku Remote • Open Roku remote battery compartment and remove the battery cover. • Unplug the power cable. • Press A and B button continually (or if your remote doesn’t have A and B button press pairing button). Press Pairing Button Press A and B Button

  6. It flash the remote pairing LED and you can see three more flashes also. • Reconnect the power cable and put your remote in pairing mode. • Press pairing button until flash. • After Roku booted, the Remote Pairing message displays on your TV screen.
